Living in a polluted and stressing world nowadays makes us to have more concern on our body. Everyday we have to deal with air and water pollution, possible hazardous materials in our food, ultraviolet from the sun, to air conditioned room. Not to mention the changing weather as the result of global warming.
Now the trend has changed. Preserving the world has become an urgent thing to do. While we realize that we cannot slow down or go back to the era of horse-drawn carriages, we still have to find the way to improve our quality of life.
So, what can we do in our everyday life?
Here are some simple things to start.
1 Go green is the new motto! Have a plant on your desk at the office, on your balcony at home, anywhere.
2 Always wear cosmetics with SPF before doing any outdoor activities.
3 Do a healthy diet. Eat healthy food. Buy pesticide-free veggies if you can't plant one.
4 Drink enough water and wear moisturizer on your skin.
5 Do natural detoxification. Fasting gives time to our body to rest and detoxifies itself.
Other alternative is by eating fruit, as fruit is a natural stimulants for your body to detoxify itself.
The best way of doing this is not to eat anything but fruit until noon. Till that time your body is still busy detoxifying from the night before. Now you know why people always drink freshly fruit juice in the morning.
If you don't have time, you can use detox patch. It detoxifies your body while you sleep.
And because many harmful wastes gather at the soles, when you apply the body detox patches at the sole, you can expel harmful toxin from your body.
It would be better if you use both methods above.
6 Do yoga.
7 Give your body special treatment regularly, at least once a month. Do hair spa, and entire body spa. If you don't have enough time to go to spa places, you can indulge yourself at home. Browse through books and internet for some home-spa ideas. You can even use ingredients from your kitchen. This treatment will nurture your body and also give your body time to relax at the same time.
8 And the last: don't worry too much. Because worries will only make your mind unhealthy.
